UNIVERSIDAD CATÓLICA DE CUENCA

Ucacue is helping us produce "Isla de Paz: No hagas trato con el maltrato" a media campaign based on good practices to eradicate domestic abuse. We have a series of radio programs that are being retransmited every Tuesday and are telling our audience what violence is and what can be done about it.

In addition, we provide psychological therapy to people who have requested assistance.

The red bench symbolises gender-based violence. The Mayor has given us the space in the park so we can constantly remind people of the importance of speaking up!
